Rapid Transit Systems (Fees) (Amendment)
Regulations 2015
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 45 of the Rapid Transit Systems Act, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Rapid Transit Systems (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 and come into operation on 1 January 2016.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  The Second Schedule to the Rapid Transit Systems (Fees) Regulations (Rg 2) is amended by deleting item 3 and substituting the following item:
“
3.North‑East Line Rapid Transit System and Sengkang and Punggol Light Rapid Transit Systems
 
1 January 2016 to 31 December 2016
 
$1,574,000
”.
