Building Control
(Composition of Offences)
(Amendment) Regulations 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 48(3) of the Building Control Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Building Control (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and come into operation on 1 March 2019.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Building Control (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2012 (G.N. No. S 443/2012) is amended by deleting paragraph (f) and substituting the following paragraph:
“(f)an offence under regulation 6(2), 9(4), 10(3), 16(4), 17(3), 18(7), 19(5) or 20(4) of the Building Control (Temporary Buildings) Regulations 2018 (G.N. No. S 807/2018);”.
