Road Traffic
(Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing)
(Amendment No. 3) Rules 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 34 and 140 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) (Amendment No. 3) Rules 2014 and shall come into operation on 12 December 2014.

Amendment of rule 37

2. Rule 37 of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (R 5, 2014 Ed.) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “(6), (7), 36C” in paragraph (1) and substituting the words “(6) or (7), 36A, 36B, 36C, 36D, 36E”; and
(b)	by deleting the words “or 36C” in paragraph (5)(a) and substituting the words “, 36A, 36B, 36C, 36D or 36E”.
