United Nations (Sanctions — Democratic
People’s Republic of Korea)
(Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(1) of the United Nations Act, the Minister for Law makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the United Nations (Sanctions — Democratic People’s Republic of Korea) (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2018 and come into operation on 14 December 2018.

Amendment of regulation 4

2. Regulation 4(1) of the United Nations (Sanctions — Democratic People’s Republic of Korea) Regulations 2010 (G.N. No. S 570/2010) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the words “20 October 2017” in paragraph (a) of the definitions of “designated export item” and “designated import item” and substituting in each case the words “14 December 2018”; and
(b)	by deleting the words “20 October 2017” in the definition of “designated luxury item” and substituting the words “14 December 2018”. [G.N. Nos. S 590/2017; S 393/2018; S 718/2018]
