Active Mobility
(Enforcement Detection System Trial —
Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 66 of the Active Mobility Act 2017, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Active Mobility (Enforcement Detection System Trial — Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2020 and comes into operation on 4 February 2020.

Amendment of paragraph 3

2. Paragraph 3 of the Active Mobility (Enforcement Detection System Trial — Exemption) Order 2019 (G.N. No. S 653/2019) is amended by inserting, immediately after the word “Sections”, “18(1)(b),”.
