Criminal Procedure Code
(Amendment of Second Schedule) (No. 2)
Order 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 427(1) of the Criminal Procedure Code, the Minister for Law makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Criminal Procedure Code (Amendment of Second Schedule) (No. 2) Order 2018 and comes into operation on 18 December 2018.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Criminal Procedure Code is amended by inserting, immediately after item 9, the following item:

“9A.	Infrastructure Protection Act 2017 (Act 41 of 2017)”.
