Planning (Exemption under Section 53) (No. 12)
Notification 2014
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Planning (Exemption under Section 53) (No. 12) Notification 2014 and shall come into operation on 15 December 2014.
Exemption
2.  The Minister hereby exempts Lots 01643T and 01642P of TS 17 at 2 Towner Road from section 37(3) of the Act and rule 14 of the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5) with regard to the development of the said land which is the subject of the application for written permission submitted by the Central Sikh Gurdwara Board to the competent authority on 7 August 2014.
