Road Traffic
(Restriction of Speed on Roads)
(Amendment) Notification 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 63(2) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed on Roads) (Amendment) Notification 2019 and comes into operation on 10 December 2019.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  Part 1 of the Second Schedule to the Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed on Roads) Notification (N 6) is amended by inserting, immediately below the item relating to “Fernhill Road”, the following item:
“Flora Drive — that part of Flora Drive between Upper Changi Road North and lamp post No. LP11R22.”.
Amendment of Third Schedule
3.  The Third Schedule to the Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed on Roads) Notification is amended by deleting the item relating to “Woodlands Avenue 4 — that part of Woodlands Avenue 4 between Admiralty Road West and Woodlands Avenue 9.”.
