(Amendment) Regulations 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Air Navigation Act 1966, the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Air Navigation (91 — General Operating Rules) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 3 November 2022.

Amendment of regulation 103

2. In regulation 103(d) of the Air Navigation (91 — General Operating Rules) Regulations 2018 (G.N. No. S 441/2018) —

(a)	replace “a modification, the” with “any modification or repair, the individual or”; and
(b)	after “the modification”, insert “or repair”.
