(Application) (Amendment)
Order 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Government Procurement Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Government Procurement (Application) (Amendment) Order 2019 and comes into operation on 1 January 2020.
Amendment of paragraph 4
2.  Paragraph 4 of the Government Procurement (Application) Order (O 1) is amended —
(a)by deleting “$135,511” in sub‑paragraph (2) and substituting “$137,050”;
(b)by deleting “$769,240” in sub‑paragraph (2A) and substituting “$760,640”; and
(c)by deleting “$9,615,500” in sub‑paragraph (2B) and substituting “$9,508,000”.
