(Commencement) Notification 2015
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Business Names Registration Act 2014, the Minister for Finance makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Business Names Registration Act 2014 (Commencement) Notification 2015.
2.  The Business Names Registration Act 2014 comes into operation on 3 January 2016.
