(Composition of Offences)
(Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73(1) of the Infectious Diseases Act 1976, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Infectious Diseases (Composition of Offences) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 18 December 2023.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  In the Infectious Diseases (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2020 (G.N. No. S 104/2020), in regulation 2(g), after “(G.N. No. S 267/2021)”, insert “as in force immediately before 18 December 2023”.
