Government Securities (Amendment)
Regulations 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 31 of the Government Securities Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Finance, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Government Securities (Amendment) Regulations 2019 and come into operation on 17 December 2019.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Government Securities Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting the definition of “primary dealer”.
Deletion of First Schedule
3.  The First Schedule to the Government Securities Regulations is deleted.
