(Amendment No. 3) Order 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of Mr Chan Chun Sing, who is charged with the responsibility for the portfolio of the Prime Minister as regards public sector personnel and personnel‑development policies, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) This Order is the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2019 and, except for paragraph 2(b), (d) and (f), is deemed to have come into operation on 4 December 2019.

(2) Paragraph 2(b), (d) and (f) comes into operation on 1 March 2020.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order 2010 (G.N. No. S 824/2010) is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the name “Mr Gabriel Lim” in the third column of item 2, the name “Mr Stanley Loh Ka Leung”;

(b)

by deleting the name “Mr Chan Yeng Kit” in the third column of item 3;

(c)

by inserting, immediately after the name “Mr Pang Kin Keong” in the third column of item 3, the name “Mr Chan Heng Kee”;

(d)

by deleting the name “Mr Chan Heng Kee” in the third column of item 4;

(e)

by inserting, immediately after the name “Mr Joseph Leong Weng Keong” in the third column of item 4, the following names:

“Mr Chan Yeng Kit

Mr Stanley Loh Ka Leung”;

(f)

by deleting the names “Mr Chan Yeng Kit” and “Mr Ng How Yue” in the third column of item 5; and

(g)

by inserting, immediately after the name “Mr Joseph Leong Weng Keong” in the third column of item 5, the following names:

“Mr Chan Heng Kee

Mr Loh Khum Yean”.
