(CHAPTER 263A)
Rapid Transit Systems
(Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 45 of the Rapid Transit Systems Act, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.—(1)  These Regulations are the Rapid Transit Systems (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 and, except for regulation 2(a), (b) and (c), come into operation on 20 December 2019.
(2)  Regulation 2(b) comes into operation on 1 January 2020.
(3)  Regulation 2(a) and (c) comes into operation on 1 April 2020.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  The Second Schedule to the Rapid Transit Systems (Fees) Regulations (Rg 2) is amended —
(a)by deleting items 1 and 2 and substituting the following items:
