(Collaborative Prescribing Service)
(Amendment) Regulations 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 57 of the Healthcare Services Act 2020, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Healthcare Services (Collaborative Prescribing Service) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 18 December 2023.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. In the Healthcare Services (Collaborative Prescribing Service) Regulations 2023 (G.N. No. S 398/2023), in regulation 2 —

(a)

replace the definition of “acute hospital service”, “ambulatory surgical centre service”, “community hospital service”, “contingency care service”, “outpatient medical service” and “outpatient renal dialysis service” with —

“ “acute hospital service”, “ambulatory surgical centre service”, “community hospital service”, “contingency care service”, “nursing home service”, “outpatient medical service” and “outpatient renal dialysis service” have the meanings given by paragraph 2 of the First Schedule to the Act;”; and

(b)

in the definition of “relevant licensable healthcare service”, after paragraph (d), insert —

“(da)

a nursing home service;”.
