(Amendment) Regulations 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 57 of the Healthcare Services Act 2020, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Healthcare Services (Contingency Care Service) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 18 December 2023.

Amendment of regulation 6

2. In the Healthcare Services (Contingency Care Service) Regulations 2023 (G.N. No. S 427/2023), in regulation 6(b)(iii)(A), replace “Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Act 1980” with “repealed Act”.

Amendment of regulation 11

3. In the Healthcare Services (Contingency Care Service) Regulations 2023, in regulation 11(a) —

(a)	in sub-paragraph (i), insert “or” at the end; and
(b)	delete sub‑paragraph (iii).
