Intoxicating Substances
(Board of Visitors for Approved Centres)
(Amendment) Regulations 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 43 of the Intoxicating Substances Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Intoxicating Substances (Board of Visitors for Approved Centres) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 1 October 2020.

Amendment of regulation 5

2. Regulation 5 of the Intoxicating Substances (Board of Visitors for Approved Centres) Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting the words “2 years” in paragraph (a) and substituting the words “3 years”.
