| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Regulations are the Healthcare Services (Outpatient Medical Service) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 18 December 2023. |
| Amendment of regulation 7 |
| 2. In the Healthcare Services (Outpatient Medical Service) Regulations 2023 (G.N. No. S 410/2023) (called in these Regulations the principal Regulations), in regulation 7(b)(iii)(A), replace “Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Act 1980” with “repealed Act”. |

| 3. In the principal Regulations, in regulation 27, delete paragraph (4). |
| Amendment of regulation 38 |
| 4. In the principal Regulations, in regulation 38(1), replace “15(1)” with “15”. |
