(Amendment) Regulations 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 58 of the Misuse of Drugs Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Misuse of Drugs (Board of Visitors for Community Rehabilitation Centres) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 1 October 2020.

Amendment of regulation 5

2. Regulation 5 of the Misuse of Drugs (Board of Visitors for Community Rehabilitation Centres) Regulations 2014 (G.N. No. S 310/2014) is amended by deleting the words “2 years” in paragraph (a) and substituting the words “3 years”.
