| 1. These Regulations are the Healthcare Services (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 18 December 2023. |
| Amendment of Healthcare Services (Clinical Laboratory Service and Radiological Service) Regulations 2021 |
| 2. In the Healthcare Services (Clinical Laboratory Service and Radiological Service) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 1036/2021), in regulation 5(b)(iv), replace “Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Act 1980” with “repealed Act”. |
| Amendment of Healthcare Services (Blood Banking Service) Regulations 2021 |
| 3. In the Healthcare Services (Blood Banking Service) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 1038/2021), in regulations 5(1)(b)(i)(B) and 9(4)(b)(i)(B), replace “Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Act 1980” with “repealed Act”. |
