In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Home Affairs Uniformed Services Superannuation (Amendment) Act 2019, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Home Affairs Uniformed Services Superannuation (Amendment) Act 2019 (Commencement) Notification 2019.

2. The Home Affairs Uniformed Services Superannuation (Amendment) Act 2019 comes into operation on 1 January 2020.
