(Amendment of Second Schedule) (No. 2)
Notification 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 47 of the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) (No. 2) Notification 2018 and comes into operation on 20 December 2018.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  The Second Schedule to the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act is amended by deleting the heading “Inquiries Act (Cap. 139A)” and items 105A and 105B and substituting the following headings and items:
