(Commencement) Notification 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Criminal Law Reform Act 2019, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Criminal Law Reform Act 2019 (Commencement) Notification 2019.
2.  The Criminal Law Reform Act 2019, except sections 3, 8, 11, 14, 25, 26, 30, 139, 169(1)(i) and (j) and 171(f), comes into operation on 1 January 2020.
