(Amendment) Regulations 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 428 of the Criminal Procedure Code 2010, the Minister for Law makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Criminal Procedure Code (Fees for First Information and Accused’s Criminal Records) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 1 November 2022.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. In regulation 2(1)(b) of the Criminal Procedure Code (Fees for First Information and Accused’s Criminal Records) Regulations 2011 (G.N. No. S 38/2011), replace “$16” with “$18”.
