Retirement Age Act
(Chapter 274A)
Retirement Age (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(2) of the Retirement Age Act, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Retirement Age (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2007 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2007.
Compoundable offences
2.  Any offence under section 4 (3), 8(7) or 9(3) of the Act may be compounded by an investigating officer in accordance with section 10(1) of the Act.
