Customs
(Duties) (Amendment)
Order 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(1) of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Customs (Duties) (Amendment) Order 2015 and comes into operation on 23 February 2015 at 5.30 p.m.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Customs (Duties) Order (O 4) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the words “$4.40 per dal” in column (7) against H.S. Code 2710.12.12 and substituting the words “$6.40 per dal”; and
(b)	by deleting the words “$4.10 per dal” in column (7) against H.S. Code 2710.12.14 and substituting the words “$5.60 per dal”.
