Infectious Diseases
(Prescribed Institutions)
(Amendment) Regulations 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73 of the Infectious Diseases Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Infectious Diseases (Prescribed Institutions) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and come into operation on 21 December 2018.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Infectious Diseases (Prescribed Institutions) Regulations 2008 (G.N. No. S 300/2008) is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after item 10A, the following item:

“10B.

Sengkang General Hospital”; and

(b)

by deleting items 14 and 15 and substituting the following items:

“14.	Every polyclinic operated or managed by National Healthcare Group Polyclinics

15.	Every polyclinic operated or managed by National University Polyclinics

16.	Every polyclinic operated or managed by SingHealth Polyclinics”.
