COVID-19 (Temporary Measures)
(Part 8 Relief) (Amendment)
Regulations 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 39 of the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020, the Minister for Law makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) (Part 8 Relief) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 1 November 2022.
New regulation 13A
2.  In the COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) (Part 8 Relief) Regulations 2020 (G.N. No. S 836/2020), after regulation 13, insert —
“Prescribed date in respect of subsequent determinations
13A.  For the purposes of section 38A(1) of the Act, the prescribed date is 1 November 2022.”.
