Rapid Transit Systems (Fees)
(Amendment No. 2)
Regulations 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 45 of the Rapid Transit Systems Act, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.—(1)  These Regulations may be cited as the Rapid Transit Systems (Fees) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2013 and shall, with the exception of regulation 2(a) and (c), come into operation on 1st January 2014.
(2)  Regulations 2(a) and (c) shall come into operation on 1st April 2014.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  The Second Schedule to the Rapid Transit Systems (Fees) Regulations (Rg 2) is amended —
(a)by deleting items 1 and 2 and substituting the following items:

1.Bukit Panjang Light Rapid Transit System

2.Circle Line Rapid Transit System

”; and
(c)by deleting item 4 and substituting the following item:

”.
