(CHAPTER 36)
Central Provident Fund (Contributions to
Community Fund [SINDA]) (Amendment) Rules 2014
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 76(4) of the Central Provident Fund Act, the Central Provident Fund Board, with the approval of the Minister for Manpower, hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Contributions to Community Fund [SINDA]) (Amendment) Rules 2014 and shall come into operation on 1 January 2015.
Deletion and substitution of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Central Provident Fund (Contributions to Community Fund [SINDA]) Rules (R 5) is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:
