Order 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Public Transport Council Act, the Public Transport Council makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Public Transport Council (Ticket Payment Service Licence) (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2016 and comes into operation on 29 February 2016.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Public Transport Council (Ticket Payment Service Licence) (Exemption) Order 2014 (G.N. No. S 514/2014) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 146, the following items:

“147. J.T. Network Pte Ltd

148. IMG Singapore Pte. Ltd

149. Catering Solutions Pte. Ltd.

150. Takashimaya Singapore Ltd”.
