Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 102(2) of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and come into operation on 26 December 2018.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Part I of the Schedule to the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Composition of Offences) Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by inserting, immediately after “29(4),” in paragraph (f), “45(3),”.
