Registration of Criminals Act
(Amendment of Third Schedule)
Order 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Registration of Criminals Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Registration of Criminals Act (Amendment of Third Schedule) Order 2019 and comes into operation on 1 January 2020.
Amendment of Third Schedule
2.  The Third Schedule to the Registration of Criminals Act is amended —
(a)by deleting the item relating to “Unnatural offences” in Part I;
(b)by inserting, immediately after Part IA, the following Part:
