Registration of Criminals Act
(Amendment of Third Schedule)
Order 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Registration of Criminals Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Registration of Criminals Act (Amendment of Third Schedule) Order 2019 and comes into operation on 1 January 2020.

Amendment of Third Schedule

2. The Third Schedule to the Registration of Criminals Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the item relating to “Unnatural offences” in Part I;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after Part IA, the following Part:

(c)

by inserting, immediately after the item relating to “Hostage‑Taking Act 2010” in Part II, the following items:

“Internal Security Act
(Cap. 143)

Sections 58, 59 and 60.

Organised Crime Act 2015
(Act 26 of 2015)

Sections 5, 6, 7 and 12.
