(Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 49 of the Building Control Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Building Control (Buildability and Productivity) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 9 October 2020.

Amendment of Fifth Schedule

2. The Fifth Schedule to the Building Control (Buildability and Productivity) Regulations 2011 (G.N. No. S 199/2011) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 34, the following items:

“35. Shaded area in Map 35 at Northumberland Road

36. Shaded area in Map 36 at Ang Mo Kio Avenue 1

37. Shaded area in Map 37 at Tengah Garden Walk
