(Amendment) Notification 2019

Variation of Responsibility of Minister for Health

It is notified for general information that the Prime Minister has, under Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, varied with effect from 2 January 2020, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Health) Notification 2015 (G.N. No. S 669/2015) by deleting the words “ElderShield and Disability Insurance” in item 2 under the heading “SUBJECTS” and substituting the following words:

“CareShield Life, ElderShield and Disability Insurance

Long-Term Care Support Fund”.
