(Chapter 36)
Central Provident Fund (Education Scheme) (Amendment) Regulations 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 23 of the Central Provident Fund Act, Mr Gan Kim Yong, Senior Minister of State, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Manpower, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Education Scheme) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and shall come into operation on 1st March 2009.
Amendment of regulation 6
2.  Regulation 6(1) of the Central Provident Fund (Education Scheme) Regulations (Rg 18) is amended by deleting the words “21 years” in sub-paragraph (b) and substituting the words “18 years”.
