Miscellaneous Cancellations)
(No. 2) Notification 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Planning Act 1998, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Planning (Exemptions — Miscellaneous Cancellations) (No. 2) Notification 2022 and is deemed to have come into operation on 1 August 2022.
Cancellation
2.  The following Notifications are cancelled:
(a)the Planning (Payment of Development Charge by Charity — Exemption) Notification 2022 (G.N. No. S 529/2022);
(b)the Planning (Payment of Development Charge by Charity — Exemption) (No. 2) Notification 2022 (G.N. No. S 603/2022);
(c)the Planning (Payment of Development Charge by Charity — Exemption) (No. 3) Notification 2022 (G.N. No. S 608/2022).
