Private Security Industry
(Composition of Offences)
(Amendment) Regulations 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 39 of the Private Security Industry Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Private Security Industry (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and come into operation on 1 January 2019.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2 of the Private Security Industry (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2009 (G.N. No. S 171/2009) is amended by deleting the words “regulation 8” in paragraph (d) and substituting the words “regulation 8(1) or (2)”.
