In exercise of the powers conferred by section 66 of the Active Mobility Act 2017, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Active Mobility (Exemption for Use of Vehicle on Specified Footpath — Marina Bay) (Amendment) Order 2022 and comes into operation on 15 November 2022.

Amendment of paragraph 1

2. In paragraph 1(2) of the Active Mobility (Exemption for Use of Vehicle on Specified Footpath — Marina Bay) Order 2022 (G.N. No. S 380/2022), replace “15 November 2022” with “15 November 2023”.
