(Amendment) Order 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Road Traffic Act 1961, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Road Traffic (Exemption from Registration of Motor Vehicle for Public Events on URA Land) (Amendment) Order 2022 and comes into operation on 15 November 2022.

Amendment of paragraph 1

2. In paragraph 1(2) of the Road Traffic (Exemption from Registration of Motor Vehicle for Public Events on URA Land) Order 2022 (G.N. No. S 381/2022), replace “15 November 2022” with “15 November 2023”.
