(Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 77(1) of the Central Provident Fund Act, the Minister for Manpower, after consulting with the Central Provident Fund Board, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Central Provident Fund (Topping‑Up of Special Account) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2019 and come into operation on 1 January 2020.

Amendment of regulation 10

2. Regulation 10 of the Central Provident Fund (Topping‑Up of Special Account) Regulations (Rg 37) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the words “section 19A(3) and (4)” in paragraph (1) and substituting the words “sections 19A(3) and (4), 19B and 19C”; and
(b)	by deleting the words “section 19A(7) and (8)” in paragraph (2) and substituting the words “sections 19A(7) and (8), 19B and 19C”.
