(Amendment of Second Schedule)
Order 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the Statistics Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Statistics Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 2013 and shall come into operation on 15th February 2013.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Statistics Act is amended by deleting item 9 and substituting the following item:

“9.	Research and Statistics Department of the National Environment Agency.”.

Made this 7th day of February 2013.
