(Amendment No. 2) Rules 2024

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6C of the Road Traffic Act 1961, the Minister for Transport makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Road Traffic (Autonomous Motor Vehicles) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2024 and come into operation on 14 February 2024.

Amendment of rule 7

2. In the Road Traffic (Autonomous Motor Vehicles) Rules 2017 (G.N. No. S 464/2017), in rule 7(2)(a), replace “$29.43” with “$27”.
