(Personnel Boards)
(Amendment) Regulations 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 111Q(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Legal Service Commission makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.—(1)  These Regulations are the Legal Service (Personnel Boards) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and, except for regulation 2(b) and (d), come into operation on 2 January 2023.
(2)  Regulation 2(b) and (d) is deemed to have come into operation on 4 November 2022.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  In the Schedule to the Legal Service (Personnel Boards) Regulations 2022 (G.N. No. S 75/2022) —
(a)in Part 1, delete “Deputy Attorney‑General Hri Kumar Nair”;
(b)in Part 1, after “Deputy Attorney‑General Tai Wei Shyong”, insert “Deputy Attorney‑General Ang Cheng Hock”;
(c)in Part 3, delete “Deputy Attorney‑General Hri Kumar Nair”; and
(d)in Part 3, after “Deputy Attorney‑General Tai Wei Shyong”, insert “Deputy Attorney‑General Ang Cheng Hock”.
