(Convention Countries)
(Amendment) Notification 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “Convention country” in section 2(1) of the Tokyo Convention Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Tokyo Convention (Convention Countries) (Amendment) Notification 2019 and comes into operation on 1 January 2020.

Amendment of paragraph 3

2. Paragraph 3(1) of the Tokyo Convention (Convention Countries) Notification (N 1) is amended by deleting “http://www.icao.int/icao/en/leb” and substituting “http://www.icao.int/partiestotreaties”.
