(Composition of Offences)
(Amendment) Regulations 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 52(1) of the Resource Sustainability Act 2019, the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Resource Sustainability (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 23 November 2021.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Resource Sustainability (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2019 (G.N. No. S 901/2019) is amended by deleting “18(3)” and substituting the words “13(4) and (8), 14(3) and (6), 15(3) and (6), 16(4), 17(3), 18(3), 20(4), 21(3), 22(3), 23(3)”.
