Air Navigation Act
(Chapter 6)
Air Navigation (Prohibited Flights) (Amendment) Order 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3 and 13 of the Air Navigation Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation (Prohibited Flights) (Amendment) Order 2003 and shall come into operation on 10th January 2003.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Air Navigation (Prohibited Flights) Order 2001 (G.N. No. S 455/2001) is amended by deleting the word “Afghanistan” and substituting the word “Angola”.

Made this 26th day of December 2002.
