(Amendment of First Schedule) (No. 3)
Order 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 38(a) of the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act (Amendment of First Schedule) (No. 3) Order 2020 and comes into operation on 26 October 2020.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. Paragraph 1A of the First Schedule to the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act is amended by deleting sub‑paragraph (za) and substituting the following sub‑paragraph:

“(za)

Mohamad Shariff Zulfikar (Australia citizen) (Passport No. N4341564) (Date of Birth: 28 September 1971);”.
