(Composition of Offences)
(Amendment) Regulations 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 59(2) of the Public Utilities Act 2001, the Public Utilities Board, with the approval of the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Public Utilities (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 1 January 2024.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  In the Public Utilities (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2014 (G.N. No. S 825/2014), in regulation 2(a) —
(a)after “19(2),”, insert “24A(1B), 26(6) or (11),”; and
(b)after “37(1),”, insert “40(3), (6) or (10),”.
